⏱️ Order Processing Time

  • Standard Handling: All orders are processed, packed, and quality-checked within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. You will receive a second email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.

(Please note: Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may vary slightly during peak shopping seasons, severe weather, or local holiday periods.)

📦 Tracking Your Delivery

  • Real-Time Tracking: Every shipped package comes with a tracking number so you can monitor its journey step-by-step.

  • How to Track: Click the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email, or enter your tracking code directly on our Track Your Order page.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the logistics system to display the initial tracking updates.

📦 Multiple Shipments

To ensure faster delivery times, items in the same order may occasionally be dispatched from different fulfillment hubs depending on inventory levels. If your items arrive in separate boxes, don't worry—you will receive individual tracking numbers for each parcel at no additional charge.

🛃 Customs, Import Taxes & Duties

  • Orders shipped internationally may be subject to local import taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by your destination country.

  • These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. Acozyty is not responsible for customs delays or unpaid clearance fees.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. If you notice an error in your address, please email us immediately at support@acozyty.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order is processed or in transit, we cannot modify the delivery destination.
